How readings work
- How do I book a reading with Ashly Andrews?
- The fastest way is to book a 30-minute reading online: pick a time, reserve it, and pay through PayPal (paypal.me/Ashly650). You can also text Ashly at 415-215-8598 with your first name and a one-line description of what you need clarity on.
- Phone or text — which should I choose?
- Both are equally accurate. Phone is warmer and faster; text gives you a transcript to revisit. Online bookings are phone readings — Ashly calls you at your booked time.
- What kind of readings does Ashly do?
- Love and relationship readings: twin flames, soulmates, exes, breakups, reconciliation, marriage — every chapter of the love story.
- How long has Ashly been reading?
- More than 20 years, with 10,000+ readings for clients across the U.S. and around the world. She's a third-generation psychic based in San Francisco.
- Do you offer same-day readings?
- Yes. Online booking is open 24/7 with at least 60 minutes' notice, and same-day phone and text readings are available most days.
- How do I prepare?
- Find a quiet spot, write down 2–3 questions you most want answered, and come with an open mind. A first name and a question is all Ashly needs.
- How accurate are the readings?
- Clients often say Ashly picks up details she couldn't have known. Free will still applies, so a reading shows the most likely path based on the energy right now.
- Do you do in-person readings?
- No — phone and text only, so you can have a reading from anywhere in the world.
Pricing
- How much does a reading cost?
- The 30-minute in-depth reading is $70 (normally $90) when you book online. Pay-as-you-go readings are $2.50 per minute by text and $3.50 per minute by phone.
- How do I pay?
- Securely through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or a debit or credit card — you don't need a PayPal account.
- Will I get a receipt?
- Yes. PayPal emails your receipt right away, and online bookings also get a confirmation email with a link to your booking page.
Changes & cancellation
- How do I see my booking?
- Open the link in your confirmation email, or go to the My Booking page and enter your booking reference and the email you booked with. You'll see your time, your name and your question.
- Can I reschedule or cancel?
- Yes — text Ashly at 415-215-8598 as early as you can with your name and booked time, and she'll help you move or cancel your reading.
- What if I miss my call?
- Ashly will try to reach you at your booked time. If you miss it, text 415-215-8598 and she'll work with you on next steps.
Privacy
- Is my reading confidential?
- Completely. Ashly never discusses individual readings, and your conversations stay private.
- What happens to my details?
- Your name, phone, email and question are used only to schedule and give your reading. They're never sold or shared.
- What if my partner doesn't believe in psychics?
- That's okay. The reading is for you, and nobody else needs to know you had one.
